Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her guidance and motivation to increasing South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) services in the course of an engagement using the company's senior administrators in a strategic organizing session in Cape Town.

Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the many social grant beneficiaries, who excelled during the 2024 matric exams.

Of the 724 156 full-time learners who registered with the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing eighty one% in the registered pupils in the schooling sector.

These learners obtained a commendable pass rate of 86%.
